1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any AINODE DEVBASE application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AINODE DEVBASE ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Apps after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Ownership & License
2.1 Ownership
Upon downloading and installing our App from the App Store or Google Play, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the software. You do NOT own any account or virtual assets (coins, gems, skins, items, levels, etc.) created within the App.
2.2 Account Registration
Some Apps may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
2.3 Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend accounts that have been inactive for 180 consecutive days with no purchase history. We will provide 30 days' notice before termination via in-app notification or registered email.
2.4 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Transfer, sell, rent, or lend your account to others
Use accounts for commercial purposes
Use accounts for illegal activities
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and deletion of virtual assets.
3. IAA Advertising & Rewards
3.1 Ad Types
Our Apps may include the following advertising formats:
Splash Ads: Full-screen ads displayed during app launch
Rewarded Video Ads: Voluntary video viewing for in-app rewards
Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads during natural transition points
Banner Ads: Persistent display ads at screen top or bottom
Native Ads: Ads integrated into content feeds
3.2 Reward Eligibility
To earn rewards from rewarded video ads, you must:
Watch the complete video advertisement
Complete any required interactions
Not switch apps, lock the screen, or use plugins during playback
Rewards are credited immediately after verified completion. Network delays may cause temporary discrepancies.
3.3 Ad Content Responsibility
Third parties provide ad content. We make reasonable efforts to filter inappropriate ads but cannot guarantee all content is suitable. Report inappropriate ads through our in-app reporting system.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We never collect payment information. Final prices include product cost, platform fees, and applicable taxes (VAT, etc.).
4.2 Virtual Goods
Virtual goods (coins, gems, subscriptions, premium features) are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
4.3 Refund Policy
All purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered and used. Exceptions include:
Technical failure where goods were not delivered
Unauthorized purchase by a minor without guardian consent
App-wide technical failure preventing use of purchased goods for 7+ days
Submit refund requests through App Store / Google Play or our support team with proof.
4.4 Price Changes
We will provide 7 days' notice before price changes via in-app announcements or push notifications.
5. Anti-Fraud Policies
5.1 Advertising Fraud Definitions
The following behaviors constitute advertising fraud:
Using plugins, scripts, or cracked tools to skip or accelerate ads
Multiple accounts/devices批量观看广告获取奖励
VPN/proxy to switch regions for ad viewing
Switching apps or locking screen during ads
Exploiting ad platform vulnerabilities
Any manipulation of ad statistics
5.2 IAP Fraud Definitions
The following constitute IAP fraud:
Malicious refunds after using virtual goods
Cracking payment flows to obtain goods without payment
Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent codes
VPN to purchase from lower-price regions
Bulk account creation for exploiting new-user offers
5.3 Fraud Penalties
Advertising Fraud:
1st offense: Warning, void current rewards, 7-day ad restriction
2nd offense: 30-day ad ban, void all rewards, device flagged
3rd+ offense: Permanent ad ban, device blacklisted, legal action
IAP Fraud:
1st offense: Warning, recover fraudulent goods, 15-day purchase ban
To protect fair play and user experience, the following are strictly prohibited:
VPN/proxy to bypass regional restrictions or price differences
Automated scripts, emulators, hacks, or modified apps
Packet capture, modification, or data forgery
Mass account creation, fake reviews, or rating manipulation
Account theft or unauthorized access
Device ID (IMEI, MAC) modification to evade penalties
Distributing crack methods or cheat tools
Penalties: Warning, feature restriction, account suspension, device blacklisting, legal action, data deletion, and service termination without compensation.
7. User Generated Content (UGC)
7.1 Content Standards
If our Apps allow UGC, you must NOT post content that:
Is politically sensitive or threatens national security
Contains violence, pornography, or graphic content
Is false, defamatory, or misleading
Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Violates any local or international laws
7.2 Content Moderation
We implement "AI monitoring + human review" dual mechanism. Violating content will be removed within 24 hours with user notification. Users may appeal through our support channel.
7.3 DSA Compliance
We comply with EU Digital Services Act requirements including:
Published content moderation standards
Clear complaint handling procedures
Regular transparency reports
Dedicated content moderation personnel
8. Subscription Terms
8.1 Subscription Information
Our Apps may offer auto-renewing subscriptions with trial periods. Subscription details include:
Subscription period (weekly/monthly/yearly)

Trial period duration
Renewal and cancellation terms
8.2 Transparency
Full terms displayed before purchase
24-hour advance notification before auto-renewal
Easy cancellation via app settings or platform subscription management
Trial conversion auto-renews unless cancelled during trial
8.3 Subscription Management
Cancel anytime via Settings > Subscription Management, App Store, or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at next billing cycle. Used trial features remain accessible.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation
10.1 Service Availability
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
10.2 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for third-party ad content, products, or services accessed through our Apps.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AINODE DEVBASE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps.
10.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AINODE DEVBASE from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
10.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
